What to expect at your first visit

A simple, comfortable visit from check-in to follow-up.

Arrive early

Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out forms and provide your insurance card. You may need to provide your ID as well.

Vitals

A nurse will check your weight, height and blood pressure before you are seen by the primary care provider.

Discussing your health

Once vitals have been taken, your primary care provider will arrive to discuss your health history, current medications, allergies and any health concerns you may have.

Physical exam

Your provider will conduct a non-invasive check of your ears, throat, heart and lungs.

MyChart access

If you’ve never logged into MyChart, your care team will walk you through how to access your account so you can view test results and messages from your provider, as well as book new appointments.
