FNP Philips is always such a welcoming person. She always shows concern for any issues that arise. She listens and explains things very well and actually shows that she cares. In the past I've felt like a number or like I was a part of a assembly line during doctors visits. I haven't felt like an actual patient being cared for in 20 years. She makes me feel like I'm back home being cared for by my childhood doctor. 20/10 because she cares!

Care provider came in checked my daughter over. I informed her I was there to discuss my 4 year old getting her second MMR vaccine and she just said the nurse would be back with that information. The provider never returned to discuss what vaccines they were giving or anything.

I can't say enough good things about my NP Susan Phillips. Wellstone is very fortunate to have her and I am very fortunate to have found her! She is compassionate and very thorough about overall health and concerns. Went over everything made sure made sure I understood everything made sure I did or didn't need anything refills. Recommend my follow up and gave me the option of deciding when I wanted to comeback for a routine follow of my mammogram.

I believe my concerns about the issues I was having were certainly addressed

The PA ordered additional testing for an item that a previous test showed was outside the " normal" range and scheduled an appointment to discuss test results. PA was very proactive on my behalf.
