My experience with doctor Rauch was very good he left listens to you any explains everything very well so the patient understands. I am very happy i chose him for my doctor. It makes a difference when you are covident with your doctor.I like him very well I had a bad experience with doctor Engue Gonzales from a blood draw in his office I now have knots in both hands not to mention my hands and feet swollw up had to cut my rings off . Then went to emergency care clinic they put me on medication for infection this took place in may and still have numbness in both hands. I would not refer anyone to this doctor

Very polite staff and helpful. He also made time to see me the same day I had abdomen pains that weren't bad enough for an ER visit. I already had an unrelated follow up appointment coming up, but he saw me that day instead of waiting for regular scheduled appointment. Set my mind at ease knowing quickly what the issue might be causing pain instead of waiting 2 weeks for regular appointment.

Dr. Rauch is always very thorough and professional. Demonstrates concern for our health every time. Whichever MA is responsible for getting prescriptions filled should be fired. It took 8 days and 3 weeks respectably to get the last 2 prescriptions filled. Not acceptable. Should be a few days.
