I can’t say enough how my family is so great full for Dr. Longfield and his whole entire staff. My mom has been having issues with her tongue for months and months, everywhere she has turned to no one would help her. I finally called his office and they took her in without a second thought. Dr. Longfield was very caring and he kept apologizing to her while doing the physical exam. He did a biopsy and said he would see us back when the results came back, he called me not even five days later to let me know what they found and what his next steps would be. From there he reached out to another doctor and now not even a month later she is having life saving surgery. We will be forever grateful for him.

This was another amazing experience healthcare wise for my family. Many people understand that having Tricare/Humana military insurance we don’t always get us the best care in the most timely manner or the best experiences, but, once I was referred here per my request through TRICARE/Humana, my child and I experienced genuine, phenomenal, accurate health care. He was assessed very quickly in both Audiology and ENT, after months of no help from other facilities. The problems were located immediately and solutions were accurately provided, the doctor explained everything in a way that’s easy to understand. The Dr and staff made both my son and myself feel at ease especially since my child will be having multiple surgical procedures at once here. Please be mindful that all healthcare facilities and all doctors function a little bit different, but in general most are trying to do and provide the best quality care they can. With that being said, I would highly recommend Wellstone Audiology, and ENT department over others in the Temple, Killeen/Fort Cavazos area. Thank you and see you soon- -A

My score is more a 4.8 but that wasn't an alternative. I rarely give a 5 for anything that isn't perfect, and no one is perfect, but Dr. Longfield and his staff were SO close. Dr. Longfield is passionate about his work. We have had some vehement conversations about my ENT issues. He seems to really want what's best for me. I have seen him on two different issues and although we do not always agree on issues (he's probably the one who's right), I will continue to see him, as I have now grown to trust him (almost) completely.

The Absolute Best. Dr. Longfield removed one of the earbuds from my hearing aid that was stuck in my ear canal. I was having dizziness and nausea. Dr. Longfield worked me into his schedule immediately and removed ear wax from both ears. He explained exactly what he was doing and that made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Longfield, Thank You Very Much for your help. The dizziness and nausea are completely gone away.

From my initial visit , up to my surgery for my tonsillectomy, Dr.Longfield and his team explained the process very thoroughly and detailed. It made me very assured and comfortable for the upcoming procedure. He did an amazing job with my surgery and everything went well as expected. Even post-op at home after the surgery, Dr.Longfield and his team called and checked in on me which I thought was very kind! I highly recommend him and his team, they are all so awesome!!!

I’ve heard how awful sinus surgery can be. I guess it all depends on the doctor you choose. No black eyes or bruises and my healing process was pretty fast. I liked the way he explained everything as the in-office procedures were being done. It made me feel better knowing he took the time so I would understand the “why and what” of it all. The environment and place appeared clean but his care for the sickness of my tongue was based on a previous doctors word. He minimized the concerns for the health of my tongue and no biopsy was done. He tried to tie the health of my tongue to diabetes, the pulling of my teeth and the cancer in which I had; I have had cancer three times and never once my tongue looking very dark and afflicted and my teeth didn't decay. He did send me to the blood lab for testing.

Absolutely! Moved to Texas last year and because I'm a cancer patient I needed to make sure I established good care. My nurse referred me to Dr. Longfield. From the time we scheduled our appointment to the time it was completed, the service we received was courteous and professional. We had a minimal wait time and saw an audiologist for testing followed by an appointment with one of the nurse practitioners. The audiologist was outstanding with my 3 year old and thoroughly explained what was happening every step of the testing process. The nurse practitioner further explained the results of the test and helped me feel confident in our next steps regarding my child's treatment. The office staff we encountered were equally pleasant and helpful during our visit. Would highly recommend this office to those seeking out audiology services.
