Denice Brown, PhD, is a licensed audiologist who joined Wellstone ENT in 2014. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in education at Texas Tech University, graduating magna cum laude. Subsequently, she earned a Master of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology also at Texas Tech followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Audiology from Baylor College of Medicine. She joins our practice from Houston, Texas, and brings a wealth of knowledge in audiology.
She previously served at a number of leading hospitals and practices, including Houston ENT and Allergy, Scott and White Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine, and the Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. She has extensive experience across the breadth of audiology and provides an excellent resource for patients who need assistance with hearing testing for all ages and in the selection and fitting of hearing devices.
She has given numerous presentations and is published in a number of journals of otolaryngology and audiology. She is certified by the American Board of Audiology and maintains a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A). She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, the Texas Academy of Audiology, and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
